About
Fragments of Insanity was started on April 11th, 2005, when I was 18 years old. It was an escape from boredom to me. I dropped out of engineering college, and was sitting at home back then, figuring out what I wanted to do with my life. My first post clearly indicates that I never had any intention to take up blogging seriously. I think I have improved a bit when I look back now. Although, you may beg to differ!
One peculiar thing visible in my blog is that, it seems like I’m talking to myself. I have never addressed a reader, making it seem like you are inside my mind now. I don’t know how much successful I have been in doing that. I don’t use fancy language. Who talks to themselves in fancy language? ;)
In my blog, there are four different categories:
1. Aimless Talk – This are just endless thoughts of mine, piling up in the form of words right before your eyes. You can choose not to read this, since the title truly suggests what this could be like.
2. Dangerously Imaginative – This is my fiction centre. Rarely do I write fiction. I am not that imaginative when it comes to writing stories. At least good ones. Anyhow, now or then, I do have come up with some mediocre stories that go right into this category. Why dangerously? Insanity. Hence.
3. Fragments of Insanity – Well, I think WordPress set that by default, but yeah, there should be a mother-ship for all these little guys out there, right? So I have a copy of them all in this Level 1 category.
4. That Thing Which Happened This Day – This is the category that are narrations about random trivialities that happened to me on some eventful day. Could be boring, could be not. Well, if you don’t read, how will you find out? ;)
This blog is a part of me now, a piece of my mind, a very personal space. I am really sorry if I have hurt anyone through my posts. I did take extreme care to avoid names and extreme details, but I’m so sorry that you saw through all that and found out! ;)
Nevertheless, keep reading my blog if you find it interesting..
